(four cows) from Tucows, The Ultimate Collection Of Winsock Software. In order for a software program to receive a Four Cow Rating the it must meet the following strict guidlines:
- The program must be easy to install and run properly.
- The program must have a cool, intuitive interface.
- The program must do exactly what it is designed to do and a little more.
- The program must have a 7+ evaluation period or equivalent.
- The program must be user friendly and have have at least a moderate target audience.
- The program must have an internet purpose and be useful to the user.
- The program must expand the functionality of the operating system being used.
- All ratings are subject to the Review Board's opinion.
